Refund Policy

Returns:
You can return your item up to 30 days after your purchase. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, simply visit our site in the Get a Refund page and provide your order number and email address to find your order. Then create a return by clicking on the cart button for the product of your choice to request a return. We will send an email with instructions on how to proceed to return your item shortly after.

Please do not send your purchase back before completing those steps.

Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If your item is approved for refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. It typically takes a few days for your bank to process the payment.

Late or missing refunds:
If you haven’t received a refund yet, it may be due to some processing time for your bank. Feel free to contact us at navionicsstore@navionics.com.

Shipping your item:
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
We recommend you use a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Without this, we unfortunately cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
